For the first time, fans will step into the irradiated world of Prime Video’s hit series Fallout at Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights. Inspired by the legendary video game franchise from Bethesda Game Studios, this brand-new haunted house will open on Friday, August 29 at Universal Orlando Resort and Thursday, September 4 at Universal Studios Hollywood.
Set in the year 2296, Fallout follows life after a devastating nuclear war. Civilization as we know it is gone, replaced by a brutal wasteland filled with mutated creatures and desperate survivors. Meanwhile, sheltered citizens survive below ground in Vaults—high-tech fallout shelters designed to preserve humanity.
The haunted house plunges guests into the heart of the chaos. The journey begins in Vault 33, where they’ll follow Lucy MacLean as she escapes a bloody massacre and unearths a sinister secret. From there, guests venture to the surface and into the nightmarish Wasteland, dodging scavengers, bloodthirsty Raiders, and massive mutated RAD Roaches. Along the way, they’ll explore iconic locations like the Super Duper Mart and encounter unforgettable characters including The Ghoul—an ageless bounty hunter—and Maximus in his towering T-60 power armor.
This immersive experience will bring Fallout’s world to terrifying life, testing the courage of even the bravest visitors.
